Steve Butler is a RICS Chartered Surveyor based in Leicester, providing independent property surveys and valuations across Leicester and the wider Leicestershire area. He has practised locally since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993 and has extensive knowledge of local housing stock, traditional and modern construction types, and regional property market conditions.

Steve undertakes RICS HomeBuyer Surveys, Building Surveys, and structural inspections for residential property throughout Leicester, Leicestershire, and surrounding towns and villages. He also provides formal valuations for house purchases and selected commercial properties, offering clear, practical advice informed by local experience.
